Although we try our best to ensure the best experience possible with the highest quality we can, we understand more than anyone that mistakes can happen and so here is our policy.
There is a 30 day return and exchange policy from the time when the item is bought, so once the deadline is passed, there can be no returns or exchanges for the product if you purchased it from us. A return or exchange is only allowed if you buy a product from us that is either defective, broken, or not the product that was originally purchased. Also, to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition it was sent to you in.
If the product is defective or broken, you will be eligible for either a refund or an exchange for another one of our products. However in this case, you will have to cover the shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product is not the one you ordered, you may need to cover the shipping costs at first, but if we can verify that it is in fact the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs that you paid to send it to us and for us to send it back to you.
How long it takes to receive and process a return or exchange is dependent on where you live so we ask from all of us here that you be patient as we try out best to process everything as fast and as best as we can.
